Where nourishment meets inner wisdom.
One-on-one nutritional therapy
Working one-on-one means your nutrition guidance starts with you: your goals, your history, your preferences, and your schedule. No rigid meal plans, no guilt, and no one-size-fits-all rules.
Sound familiar?
If nutrition has started to feel confusing, restrictive, or exhausting, you’re not alone, and you’re not doing it wrong.
Every source seems to say something different.
Diets feel all-or-nothing, and none of them stick.
General advice is hard to turn into something that works for you.
Eating “well” seems to mean giving up foods you enjoy.
You’d like support that listens instead of dictates.
Where we start
Nutritional therapy looks at the basics that support how you feel day to day, then focuses on the ones that matter most for you.
Steady energy and fewer cravings throughout your day.
Rest that supports everything else.
How you break down and use the food you eat.
The essential fats your body relies on. No need to fear them!
How daily pressure shows up in your body.
Water and minerals that keep you going.
Activity that feels good and fits your life.
Essential nutrients that play a big role in how you feel every day.
“I worked with Franky a year ago and the information provided is still helpful to this day.”

Not sure which fits? Start with a free initial consultation and we’ll figure it out together, including pricing and payment options.
Note: Every body is different, so there’s no promise of a specific result.
What you can count on is guidance built around you, and the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it.
Good to know
It’s a free 20-minute conversation about your goals, your questions, and what you’re hoping to change. From there, we’ll talk through which option, if any, fits you best.
And at the very least? We’ll have an open, easy conversation about nutrition and wellness, and you’ll walk away knowing a little more than when you started.
No, absolutely not. The focus is on understanding your individual needs and building realistic habits, not following rigid rules or cutting out foods you love.
Only if you want them to be! Supplements are never required, and the focus is always on food and lifestyle first. If a supplement might support your goals, we’ll talk it through together, and you can find professional-grade options I trust through my Fullscript store on the Franky Recommends page.
Working with me one-on-one? You’ll get lifetime access to my Fullscript dispensary, client discount included!
Not at all. Some clients enjoy exploring intuition and mind-body practices, and that’s welcome, but it’s completely optional. The core of the work is practical, real-food nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
No. Nutritional therapy is educational and supportive, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. It works alongside the care you receive from your doctor or other healthcare providers.
