I started questioning all of it early on – researching, experimenting, learning, and re-learning what true nutrition really means. That curiosity slowly became passion, and eventually, a calling to share this information with others.
I started Frankly Nutritious to bring transparency, compassion, and practicality back to wellness.
My work blends evidence-based nutrition with real-life sustainability and self-trust. I help people reconnect with their bodies, simplify nutrition, and find what truly supports them - without the noise or guilt.
